Unlock your garden's potential to be a sanctuary - Land Stewardship Drop In

Unlock your garden's potential to be a sanctuary - Drop in online session to support you on your joureny of becoming a land steward.

—————————-

It’s easy to feel disheartened by the barren landscapes around us, no place for anything other the relentless human conquest of more to call a home. In difficult times, many philosophical teachings remind us to focus on what we can control.

Your garden is your responsibility; you shape and nurture it. Will you create a wasteland, or will you foster an ecosystem?

"But my garden is so small it won't make a difference

'If we combined all the gardens in Britain, with the last estimation putting that at 10 million acres, that is more land mass than all our nature reserves combined'.

I've seen this first-hand with the garden I grew up in. Even a small garden can contribute to larger interconnected green spaces in towns and cities where nature is limited.

By connecting and nurturing these gardens, we can create vital pockets of refuge amidst the concrete.

Under the soil within your garden lies the seed of potential that could create a beautiful ecosystem sanctuary.

You might be surprised what calls your back garden home once you become a steward.

Walking With Wintering Trees - (One Day Workshop Newquay)

"Not so much nature heals us that our disconnection makes us sick"

A sunday woodland walk to connect with the tree beings of our isles.

Shall journey through woodland near Newquay and explore the science, spirit and story of these wisdom holders - see how their place in the web can teach us a little more about ourselves and the collective.

To connect to the place where our ancestors revered a sanctuary and realise there is nothing to learn but everything to remember.

It was absolutely wonderful - an incredibly calming, flowy and knowledge-rich space. I’d love to join again and again.
